What’s the #1 most attractive thing someone can do on a first date?
Play footsie under the table? Wear a stylish, confidence-boosting outfit? Whisper, “Hey, you look amazing” when greeting them with a hug?
Nope.
While those things might not hurt your chances, what really makes someone want to see you again comes down to how they feel in your presence.
They need to feel intrigued. They need to feel attractive. They need to feel a sense of fun…
This week, I’m going to share 5 powerful lines you can use to spark great emotions and leave them dying to see you again.

Why do people “fade out” in dating with no explanation? The good news is: It often has nothing to do with us. Yet there are also things we may be doing that push someone away without us even realizing it.
In today’s episode, I share 5 behaviors that may make someone pull away . . . and ways you can leave people better than you found them (and wanting more!) Whether you want to learn how to become a better listener, not come across as too intense when you really like someone, or just be a better date, don’t miss it! These practical tips can help you instantly change your dating results.
"I’m not sure if I’m ready for a relationship with you right now. . .”
Nobody wants to hear these words.
Especially when it’s coming from someone you genuinely care about.
Someone you’ve invested time and energy in. . . and someone you feel could be the right person for you in the long term.
It leaves you wishing they could just get over their indecision...
If that sounds familiar, I have a simple solution:
Because there IS a right way and a wrong way to handle this situation...
The wrong way is to try and convince them of all the reasons you’re a great fit (even if every reason is true). This can accidentally push them further away. . .
The right way to handle this situation is to meet their confusion with love and kindness, while also standing strong and respecting yourself.
(Here’s the surprising part: this is actually an incredible opportunity to show your value and remind them of what they risk losing.)

Can you relate to this?
You start dating someone who seems too good to be true. Maybe they treat you like no one ever has before, or they check all the boxes you’ve been looking for, or maybe it’s their success or status that makes you feel like the luckiest person just to have their attention (as in today’s example).
But here’s the catch: they’re sending you mixed signals when it comes to commitment. You keep spending time together, but you’re still unsure of what they actually want.
It’s a tricky situation. Even though you can sense something is off, the fear of losing them—and the uncertainty of finding someone as amazing as they seem—makes it nearly impossible to set boundaries or create distance. You’re stuck, holding onto something that might not be what you thought it was.
If this sounds familiar, don’t miss today’s episode—it’s a rewind you won’t want to miss.

I still remember every heartbreak I’ve ever had.
If I try I can still bring back the agony of those months after a relationship ended, wondering if I was ever going to feel better and get back to my normal self. When you’re feeling that pain of losing someone, food doesn’t taste good. TV shows depress you. Your favourite places feel cursed because they bring back bittersweet memories. Life feels like white noise, and your every waking moment goes back to that feeling of loss and pain.
We’ve all been there, right? But there is a secret to emotionally recovering from a breakup, one that is shockingly simple but so crucial that if you forget to do it, you will inadvertently DOUBLE the amount of time it takes to get over your ex. See, most of us make bad decisions in a breakup. We drink to numb the pain, we have one-night stands with people we don’t care about, or we eat ourselves into oblivion with junk food.
It sucks now, I know. But it will get better, trust me...
